Lonoke Fire Department
The Lonoke fire department is a volunteer organization committed to protecting the lives and property of residents within our fire district, and preventing personal injury. It is funded largely by municipal tax funds and act as an arm of the city government. The Lonoke fire department pledges to uphold our responsibilities in fire safety, fire suppression, extrication and to utilize technology available for fire protection to our citizens within the limits of existing resources. The Lonoke fire department prides itself on self-governance and a “team concept” between our members. We work as a cohesive unit that must function as a team during station and emergency operations. We are committed to carry this team concept into our goals and mission of serving our citizens, our city, and our country. Founded in 1929.
